General Information

No, we no longer have a shop where you can make purchases, except online. Our online store remains open here on kindsox.com, and all orders within the UK are shipped free of charges via Royal Mail.


Luckily for you, we have kept things as simple as possible, all our men’s socks are one size UK size 7 to 11 and women’s socks size 4 to 7 also UK sizes. Make sure you get the perfect fit for your feet.


The simple answer is NO! We do not stock extra large socks at the moment but that is not to say won't in the future.


Our extra quality socks are made for your comfort by lots of different brands, each have their own care recommendations. In general, we suggest you always wash your socks inside out to preserve their quality and colour for as long as possible.


Kindsox partner with manufacturers and brands from Europe and around the world, including right here in the United Kingdom.


In reality, different brands use the term “seamless toe” to describe socks that are designed to not irritate the toes with an obtrusive seam (like the supermarket socks and local cash and carry socks).

Any of the socks that have the KindSox or Sergio branding on them are a 100% seamless toe. These are hand finished to ensure you don’t have that irritation on your toes after wearing our socks. If you have a particular sensitivity to seams, we understand and we are happy to make recommendations about precisely which styles will work best for you.

Placing an Order


We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, we no longer accept barter goods in exchange for socks.


Yes, absolutely! We offer bulk orders of custom socks for large groups, businesses and corporate events. Feel free to reach out to us by email or phone, and we’re happy to work with you to find a style that you or your organisation will love!


No, not at this moment in time. If we eventually decide to go into the wholesale avenue, you will be the first to know!


Yes, absolutely, we love to work with corporate teams and large organisations who are in need of a lot of quality socks! Give us a call or email us so we can learn more about what you have in mind and manufacture the right socks for you or for your event!


Once you have placed your order and paid, you will immediately get an email with an order confirmation number. If you are as impatient as we are, you can feel free to use this number to check the status of your order at any time here on our website. Also, keep your eyes peeled for a shipping confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 2.pm and deliver is free within 2 to 3 days via Royal Mail 48.


If you simply must cancel, although we can’t imagine why anyone would want to do that, we recommend emailing us at as soon as possible. If your socks have not been shipped, we can stop the process and refund your money 100%. If your socks have already been shipped, just send them right back to us for a refund for the socks excluding shipping costs.


Please, do not panic. We repeat, do not panic. First, check your spam folder. For some reason our emails sometimes end up there, but fear not.

If our confirmation emails aren’t in your spam folder, we recommend logging in to your customer account on our website to look up your order. If you are unable to do so, an error may have occurred when inputting your email address. Email us to get that cleared right up.

UK Shipping

All our socks are shipped FREE of charge in the United Kingdom.


Please note that you may need to pay additional customs and taxes, which vary by country. We at KindSox are not responsible for any additional charges incurred by taxes and or customs in your country. More information about specific custom rates can be found by contacting your local postal service.


Think of customs and VAT (Value Added Tax) as your country’s way of taxing you for buying goods abroad. Each country calculates these fees and processes these orders differently. We recommend calling your local postal service to inquire about added customs fees and additional time added to your delivery date.

Discounts and Promotions

We just love being able offer our customers with regular discounts to help them spread their love of Kindsox throughout the world! If you ever have a question about a discount or special promotion, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

One of the best ways to know about all of our special offers promotions and new arrivals is to sign up for our email newsletter! Not only will you be the first to know about discounts, but you also get a 10% off coupon just for signing up. Newsletter recipients also get access to exclusive sales just for them. Click here to sign up!


Almost all of our promotions use a discount code that you must enter when you check out. You’ll find these codes on our website or in the email you got advertising the sale. When you are entering your information in your shopping cart at checkout, look for a field that says “Gift card or discount code” and enter your special code. Click the APPLY button, and your discount will show up! Piece of cake.


We are so sorry you missed out! But don’t worry too much — another sale will come around the bend before you know it. Our promotions end at midnight UK London Time unless otherwise stated. We always make sure to be clear about when sales end in all of our email and website advertisements, so be sure to pay close attention. We encourage all of our shoppers to sign up for our newsletter so you know the minute our sales or special offer starts!


No absolutely not, you can only use one discount at a time. If you have multiple discount codes, you can choose which one you want to go with. If you’re a newsletter subscriber, you may see a different discount code in your email than on the website for the same sale. You can use either code during checkout to apply a discount to your order.

Note: If you have a gift card, you can use that at the same time as a discount code. These are both entered in the same field during checkout. Just enter one code, then the other.

Returns


We want to see you jumping with joy over your new KindSox socks! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know what we can do to make it better. Socks can be returned within 30 days of when your order shipped, as long as they are in their original packing and condition. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. We offer free return shipping for orders in the United Kingdom over £50.

“Original condition” means:

· Socks may not be worn, tried on or washed

· The packaging cannot be altered

If you are interested in making a return, please email us. Be sure to have your order number handy.


No problem! If you’d like to exchange a pair of socks for a different pair, just go ahead and order the new socks. Then return the original pair using the process listed above. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the socks.

Gift Box

Our socks make excellent gifts for birthdays, holidays and other occasions! Our customers love to “fill up their socks draws” All our socks are posted in an ideal gift box.


All our socks are sent in a gift pack and wrapped in rice paper before being inserted into the postal gift package.
